Responsibilities
Requirements

Perform all warehousing duties including loading and unloading receiving, sorting, packing and distributing goods to customers and drivers for delivery

Ensure customers' orders are processed promptly and accurately to support daily

Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse

Follow strictly to ISO standards

Inventory control

Able to work in cold room environment

Secondary Level and above

Valid Class 3 / 4 driving license

PC knowledge will be added advantage

Candidate who able to operate a forklift and acquired a recognised forklift license will be an added advantage

Warehouse / Logistic Executive

Responsibilities

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

Direct, optimise and coordinate full order cycle
-
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
-
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
-
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
-
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
-
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
-
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
-
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data
-
Maintains storage area by organising floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
-
Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
-
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
-
Maintains safe and clean environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
-
Assist Production Manager maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points;; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
